摘要

Results The desired l-benzoyl-2-methyl-2-thiopseudourea hydriodide (5) could be readily prepared in a nonhydroxylic medium such as acetonitrile. The free base of 54 was found to be virtually unaffected by boiling ethyl alcohol over a 24-hr period as evidenced by a negligible evolution of methyl mercaptan and recovery
