Abstract The interaction of organyl-organyloxy-chlorosilanes with ammonia and with methylamine [according reaction (1) and (2)] results in some new silylamines and disilazanes. Tetra-and pentamethyldichlorodisilazanes react with methanol, glycol and phenol (according 4, 5 and 6) yielding some previously unknown disilazanes and cyclosiloxazanes.
