Abstract: A series of arenesulfenamides has been prepared from 2, 4-dinitrobenzenesulfenyl chloride, 2, 4, 6-trinitrobenzenesul-fenyl chloride, pentafluorobenzenesulfenyl chloride, and pentachlorobenzenesulfenyl chloride and a variety of dialkyl-and arylalkylamines and N- alkylsulfonamides.
