摘要

Methods. Photochemical. Flash photolysis studies were carried out by using the 20-ns 530- nm light pulses from a Q-switched Nd laser flash photolysis setup. Transient absorption studies in the red, near-IR region employed a fast ITT photodiode as the photodetector.
