摘要

Abstract A short and convergent synthesis of macrocyclic lactones related to 10-oxa- epothilone is based on aldolisation of a 3-(2′-methylallyloxy) aldehyde derived from methyl (2S)-3-hydroxy-2-methylpropionate followed by ring-closing metathesis.(© Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
