摘要

Later we discovered that this kind of inhibition had been proposed for the action of aziridine- 2-carboxylate on proline racemase. Thus, on the basis of our hypothesis that non-pyridoxal phosphate racemases/epimerases derive from a common evolutionary origin, I3 a common mechanism, and therefore inhibition by aziridine-2-carboxylate analogues, is not unreasonable.
