摘要

On the basis of our novel stereoselective approach to the isoindoloisoquinoline 4 and pyrroloisoquinoline ring systems, 5 we reasoned that a suitably substituted N-acyliminium precursor could allow a facile approach to the tetracyclic core of the target erythrinane ring system.
