摘要

2-Substituted 1-azabicycloalkanes (3-and 5-aryloctahydroindolizines 2 and 11, 3- cyclohexyloctahydroindolizine 12, 4-ary1octahydroquinokea 13, and 3- arylhexahydropyrrolizines 14) constitute a new class of non-opiate antinociceptive agents.
