摘要

A new series of Schiff and Mannich bases derivatives (6) of 4-[(4-amino-5-sulfanyl-4H-1, 2, 4- triazol-3-yl) methyl]-2H-1, 4-benzothiazin-3 (4H)-one (4), derived from (3-oxo-2, 3-dihydro- 4H-1, 4-benzothiazin-4-yl) acetic acid (3) were synthesized.
