摘要

In the case of N', N1-dipropyl-N4,~-dialkylaminoacetyl-sulfanilamide, the starting N1, Nl- dipropylsuifanilamide was prepared by Curtius rearrangement of the appropriate benzoyl azide. The physical data of all compounds prepared are summarized in Tables I and 11. Pharmacology. All compounds were screened for surface anesthetic activity.
