摘要

Abstract: 2'ke preparation of optically pure B, y-epoxyesters 3 has been achieved through the openingof3-hydroxybutanolides with trimethylsilyliodide follzwed by cyclisation with silver oxyde. They react with organocuprates to afford B-hydroxyesters of high enantiomerical purity.
