摘要

Abstract: Sequential Hantzsch condensation and cyclative cleavage reactions have been used to define a novel solid-phase route to pyrrolo [3, 4-b] pyridines and related pyridine- fused heterocycles. A combinatorial library of~ 5000 compounds prepared via this chemistry is described. Key words: solid-phase synthesis, cyclative cleavage, pyrrolo (3, 4-b] pyridine, combinatorial library
