摘要

A two-step synthesis of 2-acetyl and 2-carbethoxy-phospholes involves the metalation of monomeric 3, 4-dimethyl phosphole sulfides by t-butyl-lithium followed by reaction with ethyl acetate and ethyl carbonate. The phosphole sulfides thus obtained are reduced by PBu3 or P (CH2CH2CN) 3 to the phospholes 20–24.
