摘要

1 H and 13 C NMR spectra of the crude precipitate clearly indicated the formation of 5-hydroxy-1,5-dihydro-2H-pyrrol-2-one derivatives 2. The mass spectrum of 2a displayed the molecular ion peak at m/z = 490, which is consistent with the structure, 3-benzoyl-4-(diethylamino )-5-hydroxy-5-phenyl-1-(phenylsulfonyl)-1,5-dihydro-2H-pyrrol-2-one.
