We report on the chemical dynamics and nonlinear optical absorption of di-furfuryl ether (DFE) solutions. DFE molecules were derivatized from the room temperature furfuryl alcohol self-reaction, whose reaction kinetics was investigated with the Z-scan technique and laser- induced fluorescence.
