摘要

Cluster plates (48 wells) were infected with 80 focus-forming units of MSV during 90 min. Medium was then replaced by 1 mL of fresh culture medium containing different concentrations of the test compounds. After 6 days of incubation at 37 "C, transfor- mation of the cell cultures was monitored microscopically.
