摘要

1-Deazatubercidin (5) has been synthesized by glycosylation of the anion of 4, 6-dichloro- 1H-pyrrolo [3, 2-c] pyridine (9) with l-chlorc-2, 3-0-isopropylidene-5-0-(tert- butyldimethylsily1)-a-Dribofuranose (12). The reaction gave a mixture of blocked nucleosides with@-and a-configuration (13a and 13b).
