摘要

A simple and efficient two-step approach to spiroketals is described. Key steps include the preparation of functionalized hydroxyl α-alkynones by ring-opening reactions of lactones with lithium alkynyltrifluoroborates followed by a palladium-catalyzed hydrogenation/
