摘要

Method B. A solution of 0.50 g (2" 01) of aminomalononitrile tosylate in 3 mL of methanol was cooled in an ice bath and a solution of 0.27 g of crude 41 in 1 mL of methanol added in one portion. TLC (10% MeOH, 90% CHC13) examination of the resulting dark red solution indicated that a complex mixture of products had formed, but comparison with authentic 42 indicated its presence in the reaction mixture. This reaction was not investigated further.
