摘要

The 10-azaprostaglandins have been shown to be physiologically2 active. Recently in a communication we3 and Reuschling and co-workers4 described the synthesis of 10- azaprostaglandin El. Herein we fully disclose our findings and also present a second synthetic approach to the 10-azaprostaglandin E series that allows ready synthesis of analogues containing modified c-7 side chains from a common synthon.
