摘要

The ezomycins are Streptomyces-derived antifungal natural products, belonging to the complex peptidyl nucleoside family of antibiotics. Employing d-serine as a chiral platform, we report herein a novel synthetic route to the bicyclic octosyl nucleoside core of the
