Selective inhibitors of TNF-α Converting Enzyme (TACE) based on (1R, 2S)-cyclopentyl,(3S, 4S)-pyrrolidinyl, and (3R, 4S)-tetrahydrofuranyl β-benzamido hydroxamic acids have been synthesized and evaluated.
