Abstract: Thirty-five rate constants, k,, for transfer of hydride between various pyridinium, quinilinium, acridinium, and phenanthridinium ions spanning a range of over 10” in their equilibrium constants Kij and over lo6 in k, have been measured.(All these ions can be regarded as analogues of NAD'.)
