摘要

Daphneticin 1 has been isolated as a racemic compound 2 from the roots and stems of Daphne tangutica. As a coumarinolignoid, daphneticin showed 4 cytotoxic activity in vitro in the walker-256-carcinosarcomaascites system. Cordell and Lin 3., , , , , , and reported the synthesis of daphneticin under oxidative reaction conditions (horseradish peroxidase and silver oxide).
