摘要

Thus, the lithiation of 3-[(tert-butoxycarbony1)-amino] benzo [b] thiophene (6a), 3- [(trifluoroacetyl)-amino] benzo [b] thiophene (6b), 34 (tert-butoxycarbony1)-aminolthiophene (64, and 3-[(trifluoroacetyl) amino]-thiophene (6d) by an excess of n-butyllithium (n-BuLi) in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at low temperature has been studied.
