摘要

Treatment of vinylmercuric chlorides with acid chlorides and aluminum trichloride for 5 min at room temperature in methylene chloride solvent provides a very mild, convenient method for the synthesis of a $-unsaturated ketones in excellent yields and high stereochemical purity.
