ABSTRACT A new series of substituted thiosemicarbazides and substituted thiosemicarbazones containing different functional groups, thiosemicarbazones have been synthesized by the condensation reaction between newly synthesized substituted thiosemicarbazides with suitable aromatic aldehydes and ketone in the presence of glacial acetic acid as a condensing agent.
