摘要

The antibacterial potential of essential oils and methanol extracts of sweet basil Ocimum basilicum L.(Lamiaceae) was evaluated for controlling the growth range of food-borne pathogenic bacteria. Essential oils extracted by hydrodistillation from the leaves and stems
