The fac-tricarbonylrhenium (I) complexes of the 6-amino-1, 3-dimethyl-5-nitroso-2-thiouracil (DANTU) and violuric acid (VIO) and its mono-(MVIO) and dimethyl (DVIO) derivatives have been prepared.
