Abstract The condensation products of rhodanine, 3-ethylrhodanine, 3-phenylrhodanine, 3- allylrhodanine and 3-carboxymethylrhodanine with various substituted and unsubstituted pyridine and quinoline aldehydes have been prepared for bacterial and fungicidal evaluation.
