摘要

The 1′, 4′-iminopyrimidine tautomeric form of the coenzyme thiamin diphosphate (ThDP), implicated in catalysis on the basis of the conformation of enzyme-bound ThDP, has been observed by both ultraviolet absorption and circular dichroism spectroscopy.
