摘要

Abstract Metallic antimony catalyzes the reduction of aromatic nitro compounds to the corresponding N-arylhydroxylamines in good yields with NaBH4 under mild conditions. The azoxybenzenes from autoxidation of N-arylhydroxylamines were also obtained in basic conditions.
