Abstract Several methyl esters of 3-dialkylamino-substituted n-and isobutyric acids have been subjected to electrochemical fluorination to give the corresponding perfluoroacid fluorides. Dimethyl, diethyl, pyrrolidino, morpholino, piperidino and N-methylpiperazino groups were investigated as dialkylamino substituents.
