摘要

Summary: Coupling reactions between glycopyranosyl fluorides and 2-(diethyla1uminio) furan and 2-(diethyl-aluminio)-1-methylpyrrole giving the corresponding sugar heterocycles are observed to proceed with retention of configuration at the anomeric center. Couplings of the same aluminated heterocycles with ribofuranosyl fluorides gave predominantly the P- ribofuranosyl heterocycle.
