摘要

Abstract 17-Hydroxyprogesterone is a well-known precursor of androstenedione in adrenal biosynthesis. This study using sheep adrenal incubations demonstrates that 11- deoxycortisol, the precursor of cortisol synthesis, also can be a precursor of androstenedione.
