Method B. N-(2-Imidazolin-2-yl)-2-amino-6-chloropyrazine-carboxamidine (VIIc). Step 1. Methyl 3-amino-6-chloropyrazinethiocarboximidate (VI).-CH $ TI(2.3 g, 0.033 mole) was admitted below the surface of EtOR (100 ml) containing, 5y0 NaOH (2 drops).
