LETTRE and FERNHOLZ(Bey., 1940, 73, 436) have described the preparation of a number of lipoid-soluble derivatives of alloxazine and have tested them for carcinogenic activity. No such action was found during the period of their experiments, which they admitted were of a preliminary nature.
