A series of analogs of Ac-CCK-7 [A~-Tyr (SO3H)-Met~~-Gly"-Trp-Met-Asp-Phe-NH~,(l)] were prepared in which the MetZ8-Glyz9 dipeptide was replaced by o-aminoalkanoic acids.
