Abstract: Seven deuterium-labeled and unlabeled forms of (2-methylenecyclopropane) acetyl-CoA (MCPA-CoA) have been employed in kinetic studies to assess a-and &deuterium isotope effects on the inactivation of the general acyl-CoA dehydrogenase from pig kidney.
