摘要

A new series of antiallergic agents, pyrazolo [5, 1-b] quinazolin-9-ones, was synthesized and evaluated for inhibitory effects in the rat reaginic passive cutaneous anaphylaxis (PCA) screen. Several analogues were found to be more potent than cromolyn sodium intravenously. Structureactivity relationships are discussed.
