摘要

CH. VI VI1 reduces food consumption of rats, dogs, and cats. The main side effects of 1 are those of mild CNS stimulation as indicated by slight restlessness and occabional increased motor activity observed in dogs. Cardiovascular effects in dogs treated with 1 are comparable to those noted with equivalent anorectic doses of dextroamphetamine.
