摘要

The preparation of a number of new racemic a-aryloxyalkanoic acids (I) is reported. These and some previously described racemic a-aryloxyalkanoic acids were used for the N- acylation of 6-aminopenicillanic acid (6-APA)(11). The new diastereoisomeric a- aryloxyalkylpenicillins thus produced (111) were isolated as potassium salts. The two possible diastereoisomers of one of these new penicillins, namely, a- ...
