In the search for new compounds having antispasmodic and antihistamine activity, a series of aminoesters of substituted cycloalkanecarboxylic acids was investigated. The substituents attached to the ring were aryl, aralkyl, and cycloalkyl. All of these aminoesters are new compounds except b-diethylaminoethyl 1-pheriylcyclohexanecarboxylate which has been reported recently. a
