摘要

4, 5-Di-substituted-1, 2, 4-triazole-3-thiones (4a–f) have been prepared in one stage from the reaction of acid hydrazide 1 with alkyl or aryl isothiocyanate 2 in the presence of a KOH (10%) solution on the surface of silica gel as well as on the surface of montmorillonite K10 under microwave irradiation.
