摘要

The combinatorial synthesis of oligo (phenylene ethynylene) tetramers, both in solution and on solid support, is described. These products are of interest for molecular electronics applications. An iterative sequence, coupling of aryl halides to alkynes under Sonogashira conditions, was used.
