摘要

Primary aliphatic amines are oxidized to aldehydes by the Cu0/O2/AcOH system in acetonitrile. Kinetic measurements, particularly deuterium isotope effects studies, give support to the existence of a Cu (III) strong oxidant intermediate species in contrast with the Cu (I) O2/pyridine oxidant system in which Cu (II) has the major role.
