Kinetics of reaction of EO-(2, 4-dinitrophenyl) benzaldoximes [X-C6H4-CH= NO-C6H3 (NO2) 2 (2: 4); where X= H, p-Me, p-Cl, p-NO2] have been studied with MeNH2, cyclohexylamine (CHA) and piperdine (PiP) in 1: 1 (vv) ethanol-water at 35±0.1° C under pseudo first order conditions.
