Reaction of cobaloxime (I),(Co I)−, with 2-hydroxy-(1a and 1b) and 2-alkoxycyclohexyl halides (1c–1h) gave 2-hydroxy-and 2-alkoxycyclohexyl cobaloximes (III)(2 and 3).
