摘要

Abstract A series of (Z)-and/or (E)-1-(arylthio) alkenyl isocyanides (1, 2) was synthesized in good yields from (arylthio) methyl isocyanides (4) and either aldehydes or ketones via a Peterson olefination using silylated 4 as intermediates. Some of the compounds 1 and 2 were also prepared via a Wittig-Horner approach using diethyl [isocyano (arylthio) methyl] phosphonates (6; not reported previously).
