摘要

Abstract: A new method for synthesizing 4-(di) alkylaminopyridine derivatives in high yield was established by the high-pressurepromoted nucleophilic aromatic substitution of 4- chloropyridine with various primary/secondary amines. Key words: DMAP, 4-chloropyridine, SNAr, high pressure
